Lalu Prasad naps in Parliament; Speaker fails to wake him up

New Delhi, Sep 2: Former Bihar Chief Minister and RJD leader, Lalu Prasad Yadav was caught napping during the Parliament's monsoon session 2011 on Friday, Sep 2.

It seems that after failing to wake him (Lalu) up, speaker Meira Kumar urged Lalu's party colleague, Umashankar Singh for awakening the former Bihar CM from his nap.

Citing the request from the speaker, "Umashankarji, please wake him up", Lalu's aide reportedly tapped him (Lalu) on his shoulder pointing that the Speaker had noticed him (the RJD supremo).

Lalu was caught napping at his seat which is at the first row in front of the Speaker's chair.
