Three of family killed in house wall collapse

Anand (Guj), Jan 16 (PTI) Three members of a family,including two children, died in a house wall collapse nearhere in Kheda district this morning, police said.

The incident took place in Mahuda taluka, where thewall made of mud and bricks caved in on the house occupantsShabbir Hussain Malek (33) his wife Masrat (30), daughterSagirabanu (4) and son Minaz Hussain (2) when they were fastasleep, they said.

Malek was saved, but his wife and two kids died onthe spot, police said.

A case of accident has been registered and furtherinvestigation was on, they added.
