Australia flag
Melbourne, Nov 22: Mohammed Haneef, the Indian doctor, who became the scape goat of terrorism in Australia in 2007, would move the country to get the compensation for all humiliation for a false case.

Haneef, who was accused and detained for a connection with a failed terror plot in the UK in 2007, will set for Australia in Dec 2010 to attend 2-day of mediation with former judge and corruption fighter Tony Fitzgerald.

Haneef was accused of a terrorism-related offence and his Australian visa was also cancelled in 2007. Then the case against him was dismissed and later an independent inquiry cleared Haneef of any involvement.
