UK teacher faces jail after lesbian affair with 15-year-old pupil

London, Nov 12 (ANI): A UK school teacher has been found guilty of having lesbian sex with her 15-year-old student.

Louise Yeoman, 29, pleaded guilty at Leeds Crown Court to ten sexual offences between December 2008 and March this year.

Yeoman admitted three charges of sexual activity with a child involving touching the girl, including one using a sex toy and two charges of inciting the teenager to engage in sexual activity with her.

The other charges involve sexual activity by a person in a position of trust by knowing the girl was her pupil at a school in Wakefield.

Recorder of Leeds Judge Peter Collier granted bail to Yeoman, of Harrogate, North Yorkshire, and ordered her to sign the sex offenders' register before adjourning the case.

"The fact that I am giving you bail is no indication that a sentence will not be custodial. All that is a matter for the judge you come before," the Daily Mail quoted Collier as telling her.

Yeoman's solicitor John Wilkinson said she was of previous good character until she started the lesbian affair.

The offender will be sentenced at Leeds Crown Court next month. (ANI)
