Japanese PM hails Indian initiative to revive Nalanda University

Tokyo, Oct.25 (ANI): Japanese Prime Minister Kan welcomed India's initiative to revive Nalanda University and expressed Japan's continued support to this initiative which will strengthen the cultural and civilizational bonds between the countries in Asia.

Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan, today held extensive talks on bilateral, regional and global issues of shared interest here today. (ANI)
