Sensex closes at 20,104.86 mark

Reliance Industries, HDFC, ICICI Bank, HUL, Sterlite, SAIL, Ranbaxy Labs along with technology and select auto companies' shares witnessed selling pressure.
However, capital goods, power, cement and Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG ahead of AGMs) companies' shares along with DLF, M&M, HDFC Bank, SBI, Tata Steel and Sun Pharma were on buyers' radar.

Market plunges ahead of Ayodhya verdict
Markets trading on negative note continued ahead of Ayodhya verdict. Realty, oil&gas, FMCG, IT and metal stocks. Buying was seen in power and capital goods stocks were witnessing selling pressure.
Siemens, ABB, NTPC, Mahindra and Mahindra and Reliance Communications were making profit.
At 02.35 hrs, BSE Sensex was 20,021.43 down 95.95 points and NSE Nifty was 6017.00 down 18.65 points.
The most active in trading were SBI, Reliance, Tata Steel and HDFC.
The top gainers were Siemens up 3.63 percent, ABB up 2.43 percent, DLF up 1.72 percent and NTPC up 1.58 percent.
The top losers were Idea Cellular down 3.12 percent, IDFC down 2.99 percent, HDFC down 2.60 percent and Hindalco down 1.78 percent.

Market continued trading on negative note. Private financial, technology, metal and select auto companies' shares along with Reliance Industries and HUL were facing selling pressure

At 12.35 hrs, BSE Sensex was 20,077.56 down 39.82 points and NSE Nifty was 6023.75 down 11.90 points.
The most active in trading were SBI, Reliance, Tata Steel and ICICI Bank.
The top gainers were Siemens up 3.93 percent, NTPC up 2.10 percent, Mahindra and Mahindra up 1.91 percent and ABB up 1.89 percent.
The top losers were IDFC down 1.73 percent, HDFC Bank down 1.40 percent, Hindalco down 1.04 percent and HUL down 0.92 percent.

Market opens on flat note, Reliance Comm, ABB up
Market started trading on flat note on lack of global cues. Infrastructure companies' shares were on witnessing buying interest while private financial and major technology companies' shares were witnessing loss.
At 09.35 hrs, BSE Sensex was 20,094.29 down 23.09 points and NSE Nifty was 6029.05 down 6.60 points.
The most active in trading were Tata Steel, Infosys, HDFC and ICICI Bank.
The top gainers were Reliance Comm up 2.24 percent, ABB up 1.70 percent, Jindal Steel up 1.06 percent and NTPC up 2.50 percent.
The top losers were IDFC down 1.24 percent, HDFC Bank down 1.13 percent, HCL Tech 1.08 percent and ICICI Bank down 0.83 percent.
