London, January 29 (ANI): The new buzz surrounding Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is his disappearing and re-appearing hair.
Last weekend, the premier, who has had a hair transplant in the past, was spotted at the wedding of Mariastella Gelmini, his Education Minister, with his tinted receding hairline in place as normal.
But the receding hairline had completely disappeared when he was next seen at the San Raffaele hospital in Milan for a check up following injuries he suffered in an attack in a rally last month.
Strangely, the hair was back when he made an appearance at ceremonies in Parliament marking Holocaust Day, reports TimesOnline.
Italian newspaper La Repubblica remarked: "Three versions in five days. A new Berlusconi mystery."
The leader had undergone a hair transplant in 2004 and 2005.
He had then said that he felt 25 years younger.
He said: "I am very happy to have subjected myself to such pain."
Berlusconi had added that cosmetic surgery were "a way of showing respect to those who share your life, your family, and to those who expect you to represent them on an international and national stage". (ANI)
