A victim of Jaipur blast prepares for board examinations

Jaipur, Mar 16 (ANI): After having endured ten surgeries and with 30 ball bearings inside his torso, Rahul Sharma, a victim of the serial blasts in Jaipur, is determined to appear in his higher secondary board examinations, slated to commence on March 23.

Rahul who belongs to a lower middle class family said that the doctor had advised to undergo another operation to get rid of the odd splinters and around 30 ball bearings lodged in his stomach.

However, he contended that the priority was the examination lest he miss an academic year and has resolved to let the surgery wait till the examinations are over.

"Doctor has asked me to undergo operation right now to remove the ball bearings still inside my stomach. But I told them that I will get it done during the summer vacations after my tenth standard examinations," said Rahul.is father Satyanarayan Sharma wished that the Government would take a note of this case and appreciating Rahul's perseverance, facilitate Rahul's higher education.

"I hope the Government would make some arrangement for my employment and also for the studies of my child. The Government should provide for Rahul's aspirations for higher studies," said Satyanarayan.
