Nine countries to participate in South Asia Teaching Session

Visakhapatnam, Nov 18 (UNI) The International Committee of the Red Cross(ICRC) and head of the Regional delegation for South Asia Francious Stamm today said nine countries were participating in the South Asia Teaching Session jointly organised by the faculty of Law, Andhra Uniersity and IHL.

Talking to newspersons here, he said the IHL would promote knowledge in South Asian countries and the objective of the sessions was to impart knowledge and train professionals in International Law, Human Rights and International Relations, he added.

Mr Stamm said 38 delegates from eight countries would cover wide- range of topics during sessions.
