Mundra Port signs pact for auto terminal

New Delhi, Nov 18 (UNI) Mundra Port, today said it has signed a pact with Japan based Nippon Yusen Kaisha and Wallenius Wilhelmsen Lines of Norway to set up an automobile terminal.

Nippon Yusen operates auto terminals across the world and has a fleet of ships for wheel cargo operating across major ports around the globe, whereas Wallenius operates its own terminals in Europe, the US and Asia, the company said in a statement.

However, no financial details were available.

The auto mobile terminal is the latest development after the Adani Group commissioned its second container terminal a year ago.
