Minister booked for defacement of property
Morena, MP, Nov 18 (UNI) A case has been registered against Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Minister Rustam Singh and State Congress Vice-President Sobran Singh under the Prevention of Defacement of Property Act.
The two leaders are contesting from Morena assembly seat. A war of banners and posters was going on between them resulting in banners and posters being pasted on public roads and a temple in Banmor town.
A case of the Prevention of Defacement of Property Act had also been registered against BSP candidate from Dimni in this district for pasting banners on anganwadi and government buildings.
