Col Purohit's judicial custody extended till Nov 29
Nashik, Nov 18 (UNI) The District and Sessions Court here today extended the judicial custody of Lt Col Prasad Purohit, accused in the September 29 Malegaon bomb blast, till November 29.
Purohit was produced before Justice H K Ganatra (fourth joint civil judge, senior division) as his judicial custody expired today.
The court extended it by 11 days.
The court also handed over Purohit to Pune ATS from their Mumbai counterparts for further investigation as per their demand for his custody following a complaint registered by Col Amit Date, a resident of Pune.
