AssessPeople launches Dipstik

Chennai, Nov 18 (UNI) AssessPeople, the first Indian company to adopt Internt Technolgies to deliver scientifically validated workforce assessment services to individuals and business enterprises, has announced the launch of its new research product "Dipstik".

After extensive research through various studies across orgnisations in India, the company has developed Dipstik to connect with employees at various stages of their tenure in organisations, Mr Kannan, CEO has said.

"The series of Dipstik workforce assessments help the companies continuously connect with the workforce across the organisation", he said.

Dipstik was being launched in three versions-On boarding, Engagement and Exit Version, he said adding the most unique feature of the Dipstik surveys was its Online analytics and reports, which offered a range of analysis that could be performed on the data and real time.

"The analytics section has been modeled using very advanced statistical tools to give users accurate reports of the findings.

The analytics can be accessed immediately and companies have various options to choose from", Mr Kannan said.

The company had already piloted the Dipstik assesments with few leading organisations like The Aditya Birla Group, Sify, Kotak Life Insurance, Siemensd BPO, Tata Communications and the Amara Raja Group, he added.
