435 nominations of 388 candidates rejected in Rajasthan
Jaipur, Nov 18 (UNI) Four hundred and thirty five nominations filed by 388 candidates for December 4 Assembly polls in Rajasthan were rejected during scrutiny today.
However, nomination filed by various prominent leaders including Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje (Jhalrapatan-BJP), former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot (Sardarpura-Congress) were found valid and in order.
A total of 3,190 candidates have filed 4,638 nominations in 200 constituencies in the state.
The last date of withdrawal of candidature is November 20.
