28,762 families to get CFL bulbs in Sirmour district

Nahan, Nov. 18 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Electricity Board would distribute four CFL bulb each to about 28,762 families in Sirmour district.

Additional Superintending Engineer, HHSEB Nahan, A.C. Sandal said in a press release here today that four CFL bulbs free of cost would be distribute to board subscribers under Atal Bijli Bahchat Yojna.

He said that scheme would be launched from November 23 to December 25, 2008 as already announced by state government.

The customers of HPSEB would receive four bulbs as they would pay their Electric bills at cash counters in all sub division.

Each customers would return traditional bulbs and show their electric bill receipt and they would receive the CFL bulbs at Sub Division No. I and II at Nahan, Kala Amb, Dadanu and Bagthan from November 23 onward, he added.
