Special teams formed to nab robbers

Hyderabad, Oct 28 (UNI) Police formed three special teams to nab the two armed men, who decamped with Rs 3.9 lakh after threatening employees of the E-Seva Centre at Bapu Nagar under Chikkadpally police limits in the heart of the city last night.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Chikkadpally told UNI here today that thorough investigation was going on and the special teams were formed to nab the culprits.

Police have not got any clues so far in the incident, he added.

Two armed men in the age group of thirties, covering their faces with handkerchief and helmet barged into the E-Seva Centre.

One of the assailants pointed a gun at the six employees, while the other collected money and both finished the task within fifteen minutes.

Two customers, who came to the centre, knocked the door from outside while robbers were in. The robbers threatened the customers at the gunpoint and pushed them away before escaping with the booty on their bike.
