Five killed, seven injured in accident

Dehra Dun, Oct 14 (UNI) Five people were killed and seven injured when their vehicle fell into a deep trench near Kolikheth here today.

According to police, the accident took place around 0800 hrs when a jeep with 12 passengers on its way to Dehra Dun from Mussorie developed a fault and fell into the deep trench.

The incident claimed five lives and injured seven passengers, who were immediately taken to a nearby local hospital in Dehra Dun, police added.
