Dabur Pharma to partner Fresenius Kabi

New Delhi, Aug 11 (UNI) Dabur Pharma Ltd today said its board has approved execution of a letter of intent for an alliance with Fresenius Kabi AG to jointly develop business and provide global market access to Dabur's products.

On the basis of the letter of intent, the two companies would enter into a definitive agreement, a company statement said.

Fresenius provides infusion therapy such as intra-venous drugs and clinical nutrition.
