Wockhardt Ltd net dips 23.22% at Rs 50.90 cr

New Delhi, Apr 28 (UNI) Drugmaker Wockhardt Ltd today said its net profit decreased 23.22 per cent to Rs 50.90 crore for the quarter ended March 2008, against Rs 66.30 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

''The company's net sales stood at Rs 785.70 crore for the quarter ended March 2008, an increase of 50.28 per cent as against Rs 522.80 crore in the corresponding quarter last year,'' a company statement said.
