''Dy SP P B Vijayan, Assistant Sub-Inspectors Anthrayose and Mathew have been suspended for retracting from their statements,'' DGP Raman Srivastava told UNI. The three were suspended with immediate effect pending inquiry, he said.
Assistant Sub-Inspector, M C Elias was killed in October last year while he was trying to restrain clashing groups of students belonging to the Students' Federation of India (SFI) and the ABVP in the college campus.
