Balsara acquires majority interest in MediaCom

Mumbai, Apr 2 (UNI) Sam Balsara, principal shareholder of Madison World Companies, has acquired a majority interest in MediaCom India Private Limited.

Mr Balsara would be Chairman of the Company, and Divya Gururaj would continue in her role as Managing Director of MediaCom India Private Limited, the Company said in a release issued here today.
