MPHC rules against blockade of tracks

Jabalpur, Mar 14 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh High Court today ruled against a proposed blockade of tracks here tomorrow, under Bharatiya Janata Party MP Rakesh Singh's leadership, against the Railway Ministry's alleged neglect of Mahakaushal region.

Justices Deepak Mishra and R S Jha heard a public interest plea by All India Railwaymen's Federation Assistant General Secretary V Uttarapatti.

''The blockade may cause trouble for passengers including patients,'' submitted petitioner's counsel Ajay Raizada.
