11 members of bridal party killed in road accident in B'desh

Dhaka, Mar 14 (UNI) At least 11 members of a bridal party were killed today when a speeding lorry crashed into a mini bus in Bangladesh's southern district of Barisal, about 180 km from here.

Police and local people said the mini bus was carrying the bridal party of 25 people. Five people died on the spot and six succumbed to their injuries at the hospitals.

Thirteen people were injured in the accident occurred at Tejhar village in Gournadi subdistrict early morning. The injured were admitted to Gournadi health complex and Shere Bangla Hospital in Barisal.
