TDP demands adequate security to Naidu

Hyderabad, Feb 24 (UNI) TDP MLA E Dayakara Rao today demanded that the state government should provide adequate security, with bullet proof vehicles, to party President N Chandrababu Naidu.

Addresing a press conference here, he alleged that the state government had 'intentionally' neglected 'adequate' security for their leader, despite the Centre's directive.

He said the TDP leaders and workers would launch an agitation, demanding enhanced security for their leader and raise the issue in the ongoing Assembly session.

The state government had reduced the security cover to Mr Naidu even after several representations, he alleged.
