Four gazetted officers found guilty by Vigilance probe

Chandigarh, Jan 23 (UNI) The Haryana State Vigilance Bureau has recommended registration of criminal cases against four gazetted officers, one non gazetted official and four others for their being found guilty in the enquiries conducted by the Bureau during the month of November 2007.

While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Bureau said that it had also recommended recovery of Rs 2.97 lakh and registration of cases and initiation of departmental action against the defaulters.

In other enquiries conducted by the Vigilance Bureau in month of November the Bureau recommended departmental action against 14 Gazetted Officers and 29 non Gazetted officials.
