Nine killed as bus falls into gorge in Jammu

Jammu, Sept 21: Nine persons were killed and 21 others injured tonight when a minibus skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir.

The bus, which was on its way to Panasa village from Reasi town, skidded off the road near a nallah, police said.

Eight persons died on the spot while one succumbed to injuries on the way to hospital, they said, adding the injured have been hospitalised.
