Paris Olympics 2024: Athletes Test 'Anti-Sex Beds', Share Videos Online
To stop athletes from having sex during their stay at the Olympic Games Village, organizers have installed anti-sex beds that are made of cardboard. These anti-sex beds were first introduced in 2021 during the Tokyo Olympics and now, again will be used at the Paris Olympics. Authorities had to face criticism in the past for a similar move, and now again, they are being trolled for invading players' privacy and an attempt to control them.
Athletes have also been complaining about their discomfort on such fragile beds.

To mock the authorities for such an irrelevant step, Australian tennis stars, Daria Saville and Ellen Perez, shared a video to test the 'anti-sex beds'. Both of them can be seen jumping, doing volley practice, and squats on the cardboard beds.
"Testing out the cardboard beds at the Olympic Village," tennis stats said in the caption of the video.
An Irish gymnast, Rhys McClenaghan also shared the video while testing his bed. The video shows him jumping on the bed, rolling, and putting a lot of pressure, which clears the air that the narrative of anti-sex beds is a hoax.
"When I tested them last time, they withstood my testing. Maybe I wasn't rigorous enough..." he said, before calling the anti-sex narrative fake news.
"Paris Olympics 'Anti-sex beds' debunked (again)" the athlete said.
