Notably, at the time of the accident, the luxury vehicle lacked a registration number.

The police have taken swift action, not only detaining the individuals directly involved with the bar but also the minor's father.

Earlier, the Pune Police arrested Vishal Agrawal, the father of a 17-year-old boy who crashed his speeding Porsche into a bike, killing two people. Agrawal, a real estate developer, was apprehended in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, following a case registered against him on Monday, May 20.

Vishal Agrawal had been on the run, prompting the Pune Police to form several teams to locate him. He was finally arrested early Tuesday morning.

The incident occurred early Sunday morning when the 17-year-old, under the influence of alcohol, ran his sports car over a couple on a two-wheeler. The teenager and two others were taken into police custody, but he was granted bail by a district court within 14 hours, sparking massive outrage. Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar later told India Today TV that they sought a higher court's permission to try the teenager as an adult.

The district court granted the teenager bail, citing that the crime was not "serious" enough to deny bail. However, the bail came with conditions, including undergoing psychiatric evaluation and treatment, working alongside traffic police for 15 days, and writing a 300-word essay on the "effect of road accidents and their solutions."

The victims were identified as 24-year-olds Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta, both IT sector employees. According to the police FIR, Koshta died on the spot, while Awadhiya succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.

CCTV footage surfaced online showing people thrashing the teenager at the accident scene. Another video showed the accused minor and his friends drinking at a bar before the accident.
