New Delhi, Dec 14: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday shared his thoughts on the menace of drug in a radio programme in All India Radio called Mann Ki Baat.

- When a youngster gets addicted to drugs, we consider him or her bad. But drugs are bad not the youngsters.
- Drug addiction is a psycho-socio-medical problem.
- Drugs brings three things, namely, Darkness, Destruction and Devastation.
- I want to thank the media for taking initiatives on fighting drugs.
- Have you ever thought where the money that you spend for your drugs go? It may fund terrorists who kill our soldiers. We can not help terrorists and drug mafia.
- Neither is drug cool nor a style statement.
- Bad habits don't start suddenly. Parents should study those changes happening and can save the children: PM
- Have the courage to say no to drugs and also ask your friends to do the same.
- PM urges celebrities, NGOs and people from all walks of life to spread awareness against the use of drugs.
