Delhi Police arrests LeT operative from Haryana

LeT operative held by Delhi Police

New Delhi, Dec 13: The Delhi Police on Friday arrested Mohammed Shahid, an imam, and claimed to have busted a Lashkar-e-Tayyaba module spread across Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan.

Mohammed Shahid, the 28-year-old operative was held from Mewat area of Haryana.

According to police sources, Shahid had visited Pakistan twice and was planning to attack Delhi markets. He was also in touch with LeT commander Javed Baluchi.
