Delhi Election Opinion Poll: AAP vs BJP vs Congress, Know Who Is Getting How Many Seats?

The countdown for polling for Delhi's 70 assembly seats has begun. The contest seems to be a direct battle between AAP and BJP, however, Congress may soil the sport. All 3 parties have left no stone unturned and their star campaigners tried their best to woo voters. The Delhi Assembly Election 2025 seems to be one of the toughest political battles, not just for the parties, but for journalists, poll experts, and survey agencies.

According to a recent opinion poll, Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is most likely to retain power, but it may face a major loss in number of seats and voting percentage. Opinion polls suggested that AAP may bag 37 to 40 seats, almost 22 less than the 2020 election result. While BJP may clinch 20 to 25 seats, seeing a major jump in terms of seats. Notably, their voting percentage may also shoot up by 3 to 4 %.

Delhi Election Opinion Poll AAP vs BJP vs Congress

Congress party has nothing to lose and a sky to win. Opinion poll predicted 0 to 2 seats for Congress this time.

What's Working For AAP, BJP, CONGRESS?

The ruling AAP has announced several socio-economic schemes if elected to power again and also promised to continue all freebies. The party is facing 10 years of anti-incumbency and many leaders, who were denied tickets this time, have turned rebels.

BJP has been out of power for the last 25 years and is eyeing to make a solid comeback. Banking on the Hindu vote bank and PM Modi's double-engine leadership strategy, the saffron party aims to cross the majority mark.

The grand old party failed to open its account in the last election, but this time, Congress is looking forward to turn the table around. If the party managed to get 8 to 10 seats, then it may emerge as a kingmaker, just like 2013.
