Verdict on Aarushi Talwar murder case coming; Rajesh, Nupur tense?

Ghaziabad, Nov 12: The wait of five long years may come to an end as the special

court is expected to deliver its final verdict on the

case. Aarushi's parents -- Dr Rajesh and Nupur Talwar might be nervous as the court is scheduled to give the final judgement on Nov 25.

Additional Sessions Judge Shyam Lal reserved the order after the defence completed its final arguments and the CBI submitted its rebuttal in the case.

The CBI on Tuesday, Nov 12 maintained its stand that it was the dentist couple who had killed their teenaged daughter and their servant as circumstantial evidence was against them.

On the other hand, defence lawyers alleged that the Talwars had been framed in the case.

Trial in the Aarushi-Hemraj murder case began 15 months ago at Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh after the court rejected the closure report filed by the CBI.

14-year-old Aarushi was found dead at their residence in Noida in 2008. A day after, their domestic help Hemraj's body was also found from terrace of Talwars' house.

The investigating agency initially had arrested Rajesh Talwar and later they accused Nupur Talwar while filing the closure report on the double murder case. Aarushi murder case is considered as one of the most controversial high profile case in past few years.
