RJD chief Lalu Prasad to be discharged today from hospital

Mumbai, Sept 13: RJD leader

will be discharged from the Asian Heart Institute on Saturday. Lalu was admitted to the hospital to underdrgo a cardiac surgery.

He is expected to be discharged at 3 pm on Saturday after he underwent a successful surgery and rehabilitation programme.

Lalu had undergone a six-hour surgery on Aug 27. Following this he was diagnosed with aortic stenosis. He underwent surgeries for aortic valve replacement, aortic repair and a repair for a hole in his heart.

While in hospital, he even tweeted saying that his was recovering fast

Lalu was admitted on the day when the Bihar by polls were scheduled. At the end of the day Lalu even tweeted that the trend in the Bihar polls showed that the BJP wave was over and people had put their faith in the RJD and its alliance.
