Mumbai Traffic Update: Mumbai Traffic Police Share List Of Chocked Roads; Check Roads To Avoid Today
The Mumbai Traffic Police issues an alert for commuters, listing several roads currently facing heavy congestion due to various incidents and heavy rain.
Due to the continuous rain, many parts of the city are experiencing severe traffic delays. Commuters have reported long travel times, such as over two hours from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) to Parel, one and a half hours from Santacruz to Kalina, and two and a half hours from the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) to Santacruz West.

Accidents have further worsened the situation, causing traffic disruptions in multiple areas. Notably, traffic is moving slowly at Bhandup Gaon going south and on Vakola Bridge heading north, both due to accidents.
The Mumbai Traffic Police is updating the public on social media. In a recent post on X, formerly known as Twitter, they reported: "Traffic Movement Slow At Dadar T.T. Tilak Bridge Southbound Due to Dumper Breakdown."
