UP Couple Promises Senior Citizens Of 'Reverse Ageing' Using 'Israel-Made Time Machine', Flee With Rs 35 Crore

A couple from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, has allegedly swindled dozens of elderly people out of Rs 35 crore by promising to make them youthful using an "Israel-made time machine."

According to the police, Rajeev Kumar Dubey and his wife Rashmi Dubey established a therapy center called "Revival World" in Kanpur, claiming to use a machine from Israel that could reverse ageing, transforming a 60-year-old into a 25-year-old.

The couple lured customers by offering "oxygen therapy," asserting that the polluted air was causing them to age faster, and that this therapy would rejuvenate them within months.

"They offered packages at Rs 6,000 for 10 sessions, and a three-year reward system for Rs 90,000," said senior police officer Anjali Vishwakarma.

Renu Singh, one of the victims, lodged a police complaint, stating that she was defrauded of Rs 10.75 lakh, and that hundreds of others were collectively conned out of around Rs 35 crore.

Following her complaint, the police registered a case of cheating and are currently searching for the couple, who are believed to have fled abroad.
