Woman kills 4 daughters in Pakistan

Islamabad, May 5: A Pakistani woman killed her four daughters and then attempted suicide on Thursday in Balochistan.

Maryam killed her 4 daughters by drowning them in a water tank and then jumped into the tank herself in Quetta but did not die. The daughters included 10-year-old Zakia, 8-year-old Farzana, Parwana who was 8 years of age and two-year-old Yasmeen, Dunya News reported.

The father of the daughters said that his wife was mentally challenged. The police have recovered the bodies and shifted them to hospital for postmortem.
