Washington, Feb 21: President of the United States of America Donald Trump announced Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster as the new national security adviser.
Gen. Keith Kellogg remains the National Security Council chief of staff.

On Saturday Trump interviewed John Bolton, the former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, and Army Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster for the job of national security adviser.
The post had fallen vacant following the firing of Michael Flynn last week.
