8.30 pm: At least 70 ISIS and al Qaeda militants have been reportedly killed and over 300 injured in the US-led airstrikes in Syria.
8.10 pm: Around 3,000 Syrian refugees out of the 130,000 who crossed the border into Turkey, fleeing from Islamic State (IS) violence in the Syrian town of Kobani, arrived in Istanbul during the last two days.
7.00 pm: Militants of Islamic State (IS) Sunni radical group released a second video of one of its hostages in Syria, British journalist John Cantlie, who criticised the air operations carried out by the US and its allies against the group.
