Attractive, decent news coming from India and Pakistan: Donald Trump
Washington, Feb 28: US President Donald Trump on Thursday said that there is some"reasonably attractive" news coming from Indian and Pakistan. He indicated that the news may be about an end to the ongoing hostilities.

"We have I think reasonably attractive news from Pakistan and India. We have been going out and we have been involved in trying to have them stop...we have some reasonably decent news and I think it is going to end...it has been going on for a long time," Donald Trump said.
Tensions between India and Pakistan rose following the February 14 terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district in which 40 CRPF soldiers were killed. Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terror group claimed responsibility for the attack.
Earlier, the US had called on India and Pakistan to "cease all cross-border military activity" and "take immediate steps to deescalate the situation, including through direct communication".
Urging the neighbours to make efforts for a "return to stability", the US also repeated that Pakistan must abide by its UN Security Council commitments to deny terrorists a safe haven and block their access to funds.
