Madrasa students involved in Benazir Bhutto's killing: police
Islamabad, Feb 27: An anti-terrorism court in Pakistan has been told that students of an Islamic seminary were involved in the 2007 assassination of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto.
But the Darul Uloom Haqqania in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province denied any connection with the suspects, Dawn online reported.

The hearing in the Benazir murder case took place at a special court set up inside Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi.
Officers of the Federal Investigation Agency told the court about the involvement of the Darul Uloom Haqqania students in the assassination when Bhutto was campaigning for parliamentary elections.
Darul Uloom Haqqania's director Wisal Ahmed admitted that the suspects were educated in the seminary but rejected any links between the madrasa and the killing.
