Key Figures Surrounding Donald Trump as He Prepares for White House Return
Donald Trump is set to return to the White House, accompanied by a mix of old allies and new supporters. Although he has yet to announce many key appointments, several familiar faces have been seen with him during his campaign. These individuals were present when he declared victory, indicating their continued influence in his circle.

Susie Wiles played a crucial role in Trump's campaign success. She was appointed as his chief of staff after managing his 2024 campaign. Known for her strategic skills, Wiles has been a key figure in Trump's political journey, having previously managed his Florida campaigns in 2016 and 2020.
Lara Trump, married to Trump's son Eric, has been a significant presence in both business and politics. She stood by Trump's side at his victory celebration and serves as co-chair of the Republican National Committee. Lara has been active in fundraising and voter outreach efforts for the party.
Key Figures in Trump's Circle
Dana White, president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, is a long-time friend of Trump. Their relationship dates back to 2001 when White hosted a UFC event at Trump's casino. White has supported Trump at various Republican conventions and was present at his recent victory event.
Linda McMahon, co-chair of Trump's transition team, has been a steadfast ally. She co-founded World Wrestling Entertainment with her husband and led the Small Business Administration during Trump's first term. McMahon continues to strategise for another Trump presidency through the America First Policy Institute.
Howard Lutnick, CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, is also co-chairing Trump's transition team. He has supported both Democrats and Republicans but is now part of Trump's inner circle. Lutnick faced criticism for repeating debunked vaccine claims but remains influential in Trump's camp.
Boris Epshteyn is coordinating legal efforts for Trump and has been a close aide since 2016. He was involved in challenging the 2020 election results and faces legal charges related to that effort. Epshteyn continues to support Trump during court appearances.
Stephen Miller will serve as deputy chief of staff for policy under Trump. A former senior adviser, Miller shaped many of Trump's policies, especially on immigration. He leads America First Legal, challenging various entities on issues like free speech and national security.
Richard Grenell, former ambassador to Germany and acting director of national intelligence, remains a key adviser on foreign policy. He is expected to be considered for secretary of state. Grenell has been instrumental in outreach efforts during Trump's campaign.
Influential Supporters
Elon Musk, head of Tesla and SpaceX, is now a prominent figure in Trump's circle. After purchasing Twitter and transforming it into X, Musk has become a leading conservative voice. He endorsed Trump after an assassination attempt and contributed significantly to his campaign.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., known for his anti-vaccine stance, surprisingly endorsed Trump after initially running as an independent candidate. Kennedy aims to influence health policy if Trump wins, advocating for changes in federal health agencies and water fluoridation practices.
Brooke Rollins is another potential hire for Trump's administration. As former domestic policy chief and CEO of the America First Policy Institute, Rollins has been involved in shaping conservative policies. Her past experience includes working with former Texas Governor Rick Perry.
As Trump prepares for another term, these individuals are expected to play pivotal roles in shaping his administration's policies and strategies. Their diverse backgrounds and expertise will likely influence key decisions in the coming years.
