Hamas Chief Haniyeh Killed By Short-Range Projectile With 7-kg Warhead: Iran
Hamas and Iran have both accused Israel of being responsible for the death of Ismail Haniyeh.
The leader of Hamas, Is Haniyeh, was killed in Tehran by a short-range projectile with a warhead weighing approximately 7 kg, according to a statement from Iran's Revolutionary Guards on Saturday.

The statement from Iran's Revolutionary Guards indicated that Tehran's response to the attack would be "severe and (taken) at an appropriate time, place, and manner." They blamed Israel, referring to it as "the adventurous and terrorist Zionist regime," for Haniyeh's death.
Tehran's Response
Tehran has vowed a strong retaliation for the killing of Ismail Haniyeh. The Revolutionary Guards' statement emphasized that their revenge would be executed severely and appropriately.
The incident has heightened tensions in the region, with both Hamas and Iran pointing fingers at Israel. The accusation against Israel has added fuel to the already volatile situation in the Middle East.
Accusations Against Israel
Both Hamas and Iran have directly accused Israel of orchestrating the attack that led to Haniyeh's death. This accusation is part of a broader narrative of hostility between these entities and Israel.
The Revolutionary Guards' statement did not mince words in blaming Israel for what they termed an act of terrorism. This strong language reflects the deep-seated animosity between Iran and Israel.
