Four Individuals Charged in Detroit Street Shooting Resulting in Two Deaths and Five Injuries
Four individuals have been charged in connection with a shooting at an outdoor event in Detroit, resulting in two fatalities and five injuries. The Wayne County prosecutor's office announced on Monday that Johnny Lee Marsh III, 25, Eladeo Garcia, 22, and Alfonso Anaya, 18, faced charges including first-degree murder and assault with intent to murder. Amber McIntee, 22, was charged with tampering with evidence and lying to police.

Police responded to reports of a large gathering on Detroit's west side at around 1:30 a.m. on November 3. Shots were fired from a vehicle into the crowd. Officers pursued the vehicle and apprehended Garcia and Marsh. Anaya and McIntee were taken into custody three days later.
Shooting Incident Details
The tragic incident claimed the lives of a 15-year-old boy from Detroit and a 19-year-old man from Southgate. The five injured individuals are aged between 16 and 18. According to the prosecutor's office, the shooting stemmed from an alleged argument.
Marsh and McIntee have requested court-appointed attorneys. No attorney was listed for Anaya at the time of reporting. The Associated Press reached out to Garcia's lawyer for comment but had not received a response by Monday.
Legal Proceedings
A probable cause conference is set for November 19, followed by a preliminary examination on November 26. These proceedings will determine if there is enough evidence to proceed to trial.
