Bilawal Bhutto Lookalike Dancing To SRK's 'Besharam Rang' Song Leaves Netizens In Splits | WATCH
Former Pakistan Finance Minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari issued a threat to India following the government's decision to suspend the Indus Waters Treaty (IWT) after the Pahalgam terror attack.
Amidst his aggressive rhetoric, a video claiming to show him dancing to a Shah Rukh Khan song has gone viral online.

However, the throwback clip does not actually feature Bhutto, but rather his lookalike.
What does the viral video claim?
The video initially gained traction in 2023, when many criticised the Pakistani politician for allegedly dancing to the song Besharam Rang from Shah Rukh Khan's film Pathaan. Numerous users mocked the man's dance moves; however, the internet mistakenly identified him as Bilawal Bhutto.
According to a Hindustan Times report from 2023, the man in the footage is actually Bhutto's doppelganger, Mehroz Baig, who at the time was studying media sciences in Karachi.
While the resurfaced video once again led many to misidentify Bhutto, some questioned its authenticity. One X (formerly Twitter) user asked Grok AI, "Real?" The chatbot responded: "The video is real but does not show Bilawal Bhutto. It features Mehroz Baig, a student from Karachi, dancing with actress Inaya Khan at her sister's wedding in January 2023. The caption's claim about Bhutto is false and inflammatory, with no evidence to support it."
It further explained: "The confusion arose due to Baig's resemblance to Bhutto, and the viral spread was fuelled by the popularity of the song Besharam Rang. Fact-checking has confirmed the true context of the clip-originally posted by Inaya Khan on Instagram."
Bilawal on Indus Waters Treaty Suspension
Speaking at a rally, Bhutto declared: "I would like to stand here in Sukkur by the Indus and tell India that the Indus is ours and the Indus will remain ours, whether water flows in this Indus or their blood."
