Washington, Nov 15: A top American diplomat will be travelling to New Delhi next week to participate in the US-India Higher Education Summit and India-US Technology Summit.
During his two day-stay on November 17-18, Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs Richard Stengel will meet government officials, civil society leaders, educators and students, business leaders and entrepreneurs and representatives of the media, the State Department said yesterday.

On November 17, he will participate in the US-India Higher Education Dialogue (HED), an annual bilateral event that identifies areas for exchange and strategies for partnership in the field of education. The dialogue provides a platform for intense collaboration among members of academia, the private sector, and government.
