Trouble for Ram Gopal Varma: Complaint against RGV, plea to stall his Telugu film Vangaveeti

New Delhi, Feb 12: It seems trouble has come for director Ram Gopal Varma as a complaint has been lodged against the director by members of Gandhi Global Trust (GGT).

The GGT members have requested to stop the movie of Ram Gopal Varma, Vangaveeti. The movie will be made on the evolution of rowdyism in Vijayawada. Ram Gopal said that the film will be about the rivalry between Vangaveeti family and Devineni family.

According to a TOI report, "In their complaint, the members alleged that the sensation film director Ram Gopal Varma is trying to raise the tensions among the two castes with his film and sure it will create law and order problem in the city.

Naraharasetty Sreehari, the president of GGT, said the film Vangaveeti will create tensions in the city like what happened three decades ago."

"With his film Vangaveeti, he is trying to create tension once again in the city. The city is in peace and now. He should be stopped by anyways for not filming the movie," Sreehari was quoted as saying in the daily.
