Tata Punch EV Facelift Launched In India At Less Than 10 Lakh, Offers Up To 468 km Range, All You Need To Know

Tata Motors has introduced the Punch EV facelift in India with refreshed styling, feature upgrades and multiple battery options. The updated electric SUV carries design changes similar to the recently launched Punch facelift and aims to strengthen Tata's EV lineup in the compact segment.

Price And Variants

The Tata Punch EV facelift is available in five variants and comes with two battery pack options. It is priced from ₹9.69 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base model and goes up to ₹12.59 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top variant.

Buyers can also opt for the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model, where the vehicle starts at ₹6.49 lakh (ex-showroom) with an additional battery usage cost of ₹2.6 per kilometre.

Exterior Updates

The Punch EV facelift gets a sharper front design with slimmer LED daytime running lamps and projector headlamps. The bumper has been revised with a new pattern, while the side profile largely remains unchanged with 16-inch alloy wheels.

At the rear, the model features connected LED tail lamps inspired by its petrol counterpart. New colour options have also been added to enhance its visual appeal.

Interior And Features

Inside the cabin, the updates are subtle but noticeable. The EV now comes with a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, digital instrument cluster and a two-spoke steering wheel. Dual-tone dashboard panels and leatherette upholstery add to the premium feel.

Feature additions include a sunroof, automatic climate control, cruise control, drive modes, regenerative braking modes and automatic headlamps and wipers. Safety features include six airbags, ABS with EBD, traction control, TPMS and a 360-degree camera.

Battery And Range

The Punch EV facelift is offered with 30kWh and 40kWh battery packs. The larger battery is claimed to deliver a range of up to 468 km on a single charge as per ARAI certification.
With updated design, new features and multiple pricing options, Tata aims to attract urban EV buyers looking for a compact electric SUV with practical range and modern features.
