Seema Haider's Ex-Husband Ghulam Seeks Legal Recourse To Reunite With Estranged Wife, Children

Gulam Haider, Seema's first husband, has appealed to Pakistan's Supreme Court to reunite him with his wife and children. He claims that Seema entered India illegally via Nepal and converted to Hinduism, even changing her children's names.

On Tuesday, Ghulam Haider, Seema Haider's first husband, sought assistance from Pakistan's Supreme Court through his lawyer, Dr. Roshan. Presenting crucial documents, they built a compelling case in his favor, urging the court to facilitate the return of his family to Pakistan. Ghulam expressed this plea to a local YouTuber, stressing his desire to bring his four children, currently residing in India with Seema and Sachin, back to him. However, no further details have been disclosed by Ghulam's legal representative.

Despite Seema Haider's repeated assertions of her disinclination to return to Pakistan, Ghulam remains resolute in his pursuit of what he believes is rightfully his. He confessed his love for Seema upon learning of her marriage to an Indian man and emphasized their love marriage. Following financial hardships, he moved to Saudi Arabia for employment in 2019.

Seema, originally from Pakistan's Sindh province, traveled to Greater Noida to be with Sachin Meena, whom she met through the online game PUBG. Their virtual connection blossomed into WhatsApp conversations and eventually marriage.

The story of Seema, a 27-year-old mother of four, and Sachin, a 22-year-old shop assistant, falling in love while playing PUBG during the pandemic gained widespread attention. Allegedly, Seema and her children left Pakistan and entered India through Nepal, eventually settling in a rented apartment in Greater Noida.

Legal complications arose as Seema was suspected of illegal entry under Indian laws, raising national security concerns. Questions were raised about how she managed to enter undetected. Meanwhile, Seema's estranged husband, Ghulam Haider, working in Saudi Arabia, sought the intervention of Indian and Pakistani authorities for his family's return.

Seema's decision to marry Sachin, a Hindu, caused discord with her community in Pakistan, particularly in her hometown of Bhittaiabad, Gulistan-e-Jauhar. Her home there is described as a modest three-room dwelling in an area plagued by poor sanitation and living conditions.

Seema faced interrogation for unlawful entry and alleged ties to ISI, the Pakistani intelligence agency, while Sachin faced legal consequences for harboring undocumented immigrants.
