Vishakhapatnam, Feb 08: Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Sunday swiftly acted to douse the fire over the presence of Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and Kangana Ranaut at the International Fleet Review (IFR2016) opening ceremony.
