Earthquake: Fresh tremors jolt West Bengal, Bihar, Sikkim, yet again
Siliguri, April 27: Fresh tremors once again jolted West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar on Monday, April 27. It has been reported that the epicentre of the fresh tremor was Mirik, Darjeeling district.
One after another aftershocks scared everyone. People are living in fear ever massive earthquake rattled Nepal on Saturday.

Many people in Siliguri and adjacent areas put up tents outside their houses. They have been spending sleepless nights ever since the strong quake with 7.9 magnitude Nepal, Bangladesh and north and north-east states of India.
The US Geological Survey's National Earthquake Information Centre has warned of more possible earthquakes in Nepal area, saying a thrust of one part of the Earth's crust went under another.

Over 3,700 people were killed in Nepal earthquake, till the last reports came. The quake also caused massive damage to property in that country, including a couple of heritage sites. Almost 70 people were killed in India also.
